Guano Point
Lunch was included and served all-you-can-eat buffet style with disposable plates and utensils. The menu was shredded beef, turkey chili, cornbread, corn-on-the-cob, peach cobbler and water.
We tried all the options and the food was very good and caused no ill affects. In fact, after speaking candidly with other guides, it was determined that the food was of a generally consistent quality and the only complaint was the limited selection. So you should be able to have a good meal that won't affect the rest of your vacation.
Hualapai Ranch
Optionally, you may select a later lunch at the Hualapai Ranch which is described as a "Cowboy" cookout and serves BBQ style food such as hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. Sides of coleslaw or potato salad are also included with a cookie for desert. We were not able to test this meal but our guide suggested the buffet was a better choice.
